Accessibility statement

We aim to ensure all our visitors enjoy and have reasonable access to our services and facilities and wish to be as inclusive as we can. If you need any assistance we would be delighted to help. Please contact us if you have any queries or requests regarding access to our services or facilities.

The site is flat and easily accessible. We have minimal lighting so that you can enjoy the beautiful night sky, when it’s dark. At present, we have no toilet or shower facilities for wheelchair users. Our toilets and showers are slightly elevated from ground level and accessed via two steps. Our support caravan, Robin, is accessed via two steps. Our Stargazer Belle Tent is located on a flat area and is easily accessible.

Our shepherd’s huts are not suitable for anyone with mobility problems as they are accessed via steep steps.

We have an evacuation plan in place for use in the event of an emergency, as well as first aid and fire containment equipment. We undertake health and safety risk assessments on our premises, site and all activities.

Our toilets and showers are individual cubicles and are not gender specific.

Assistance dogs are welcome.
