Shepherd’s Huts

Stay under the big skies of Norfolk in absolute comfort.

Our two authentically built and fully insulated Shepherd’s Huts, Halcyon & Galahad, each accommodating two people from late March to October.

Our huts

Situated on our site, in a very rural location with beautiful walks close by. It’s just a 15 minute walk to the beach at Overstrand and only a 10 minute walk to the village pub, The Foundry Arms, where great food is served. There is a shower and toilet, and washing up facilities are nearby.

For bookings of 4 or more nights, there is a 10% discount across both huts. 

Arrival times are between 4pm and 7pm. Please depart by 10am on day of departure.

  • Accommodates two adults. Included in your booking:

    • Electric hob, small fridge, kitchen utensils and crockery, electric kettle and toaster

    • Pantry supplies including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper

    • Double bed and linen

    • Flat screen TV with DVD player and electric power points

    • Outdoor picnic bench

  • Accommodates two adults. Included in your booking:

    In Galahad only, one dog is permitted per stay.

Important information

Due to the proximity to livestock and our rural location, unfortunately, we do not allow the following when you stay in our Shepherd’s Huts, unless otherwise stated:

  • Dogs

  • BBQs

  • Parties or Hen/Stag groups

In addition, the Stargazer can only be booked by adults - any campers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on-site.

  • Halcyon

    • £75 per night, for 2 people, minimum 2 night stay

    • £80 per night for 2 people, minimum 3 night stay in July and August

  • Galahad

    • £85 per night for 2 people, minimum 2 night stay

    • £90 per night for 2 people, minimum 3 night stay in July and August

    • £10 per night for 1 dog
