Meet Sue

I was born in Norfolk over 50 years ago and have lived here all my life.

I have a deep ancestral connection to this land and an even deeper passion for it. It has held and nurtured me in more ways than I can tell you; I’ve pretty much come out of the Norfolk soil!

My spiritual journey started some twenty odd years ago. I’d experienced some serious issues with my mental health and found myself totally lost and floundering. This difficult time in my life initiated a quest; for personal and spiritual development and for some sort of ‘connection’.

And so began the journey which rewarded me with experience of Druidry, with the most amazing training in Wicca, and with the discovery of shamanic and holistic practices.

Along the way, I’ve learned so much and have earned the privilege of belonging to an incredibly generous, creative and supportive community of pagan practitioners.

And so the journey continues and the learning never stops.

In my ‘other’ life, I’m a professional and qualified self-employed HR consultant and trainer with more than 20 years’ experience of working with small businesses. It’s my job to help companies achieve their objectives through practical and lawful people management. This means supporting employees however I can, as well as helping them develop and thrive.

Soulcraft is the love child of my personal and professional journeys.

Through Soulcraft I aim to provide a range of simple and gentle practices with the aim of improving wellbeing.

I am not a provider of therapies that require professional certification, although I am experienced in delivering supportive and personal development interventions.

My work is not a replacement for conventional therapy or prescribed medication. It is a range of complementary practices which approach wellbeing and personal development from a practical and holistic perspective.
